Dubailand Parks & Resorts represents US$7 billion of entertainment offerings to create a major mixed-use resort and tourism destination in the UAE. EDG provided owner’s representation services to support an accelerated multi-year design and implementation for the opening of 6 major branded theme parks. Overall services included design management and coordination, ride procurement, park programming and metrics, design and operations standards and guidelines, and coordinated budgeting, cash flow, phasing and opening day scheduling.
