Zhongnan Cartoon City, a mixed use tourism and entertainment destination, is the centerpiece of a regional tourism strategy to expand and diversify the Qipan Mountain International Scenic Tourism district.
EDG developed a vision plan, master plan, and feasibility study for retail entertainment, performance areas, four themed hotels, and a conference center on over 300 hectares.
